The world is travelling more than ever. After years of disruption, global tourism has almost fully recovered, and people are spending more on travel than on almost anything else. But as demand surges, so does a quiet discomfort with the way most of that travel looks: resorts that sit on top of nature rather than alongside it, that take from local communities more than they give back, and that leave guests no more connected to the world around them than when they arrived.
That gap — between what travel could be and what it so often is — is exactly why we’re building Rewild Nature Resorts.
Our vision is an international chain of nature resorts across Africa and Europe, where high-end hospitality and genuine conservation aren’t in tension, but are two sides of the same coin. Each location will sit within or alongside a nature reserve, accommodating around 50 guests in eco-designed cabins and pods, with a clubhouse at the heart of it all — offering dining, wellness, co-working, and a direct connection to the land around you.
But this isn’t just about beautiful surroundings or sustainable building materials (though those matter too). It’s about creating places that actively contribute to rewilding the land, supporting local communities and suppliers, and educating everyone who passes through — guests, staff, and neighbours alike.
We’re still in the planning and development phase, which means now is the perfect time to follow along, share your thoughts, and be part of shaping what Rewild becomes. If this resonates with you, we’d love to have you on the journey.
